Conproco Corp. on Its Acquisition by TCC Materials

Conproco Corporation (“Conproco”), a New Hampshire-based manufacturer of masonry and concrete restoration products, has been acquired by TCC Materials (“TCC”).  Owned by founder and industry pioneer Chris Brown, Conproco has been producing innovative solutions in the masonry and concrete restoration industry for the past 50 years. From novel crack-resistant technologies to advanced color-matching capabilities that have changed the way architects and building contractors work with restoration products, Conproco has consistently developed the most advanced formulations and industry solutions.  

The undersigned initiated this transaction and acted as M&A Advisor to Conproco Corp. (8).
