Elite Envelope & Graphics (“Elite Envelope”), a Massachusetts-based provider of custom envelope manufacturing and printing solutions, has been acquired by SupremeX, Inc. (SXP.TO), the largest envelope manufacturer in North America.
Founded by Dave and Tracie Theriault, Elite Envelope has grown into a leading provider of specialty and custom envelopes, mailers, and related printing services. True artisans of their craft, Elite Envelope was able to tackle any envelope request, and the larger players in the industry often turned to them for the highly complex specialty work. Over the past two decades, Dave and Tracie built a differentiated business focused on quality, service, and innovation, earning the loyalty of a broad customer base across New England.
Together, the firms will combine resources, scale, and expertise to further enhance capabilities in specialty envelope manufacturing, printing innovation, and customer service. Dave and Tracie will remain engaged during a transition period to ensure continuity and preserve the strong culture that has been central to Elite Envelope’s success, but they are thrilled to embark on their next chapter personally of travel and quality family-time.
